Cape Cod Healthcare is the leading provider of healthcare services for residents and visitors of Cape Cod.  With more than 450 physicians, 4,700 employees, and 1,100 volunteers, Cape Cod Healthcare operates two-acute care hospitals, the Cape's leading provider of homecare and hospice services (VNA), a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility (JML Care Center), an assisted living facility (Heritage at Falmouth), the Cape's only local laboratory service (CCHC Laboratory Services) and numerous health programs.  We are currently seeking a dedicated Exercise Physiologist Nuclear Medicine to join our team at Cape Cod Hospital.



Under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner and supervising Physician, assumes responsibility for all aspects of exercise and chemical stress testing.



  1. Monitor and evaluate EKG tracings before, during and after exercise testing.
  2. Supervise and coordinate exercise testing protocols, document changes in patient status, treatments or prescribed medications and response to treatment.
  3. Evaluates patients for stress testing, reviews patient charts and interprets physician orders.
  4. Terminates tests as may be required by protocol or patient tolerance.
  5. Documents changes in patient status, treatments or prescribed medications and response to treatment.
  6. Coordinates and schedules stress techs in order to provide adequate staffing levels.
  7. Initiates service calls as needed and schedules preventative maintenance when appropriate.
  8. Evaluates supply levels and orders supplies as needed.
  9. Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.

·         Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

·         Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.

·         Successful passage of Basic Arrhythmia Program or challenge exam. 

·         Certified in BLS.

·         Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
