We are currently seeking a dedicated Coder to join our team at Cape Cod Hospital.

Assumes the supervisory role and responsibility for the activities and functions of resident services on assigned shifts. Demonstrates supervisory qualities by working cooperatively with management and caregivers. Assists in planning and organizing resources(personnel, equipment, supplies and processes and objectives, including the optimum provision of services to customers. Challenges and motivates staff in their positions using a systemized approach.


  • Must be a Massachusetts licensed nurse
  • 1 to 2 years experience working with senior citizens
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer and microsoft office applications
  • Must have a valid MA drivers license and be able to operate a 12 passenger van
